Cost includes printing in one colour on one location. For second print location, please provide details. There is a charge of $0.15 cents for printing of second location and a minimum of 1,000 pieces.

We try our best to be most accommodating. If you would like to have more than one colour of pen, it is possible as long as the imprint colour is the same. We can also print multiple messages. For example, if you are a car dealer, we can print individual pens for each sales person. If you are an auto service company, you may want to have your pens printed with up to 4 different messages. Who else will do that for you? Just let us know what your needs are and we will do our best for you without ant extra charges in most cases.

Can't decide? Our customers do not have to decide on one model and one colour only. Customers can also have different messages printed.
Car dealers might want to have the individual sales person's contact information. Tire stores might want 500 pens to celebrate an anniversary, and 500 pens to promote a new or existing feature of their business. The
possibilities are almost endless. Just let us know what you need and we'll do our best for you.
There are no extra charges for this added service though there is a charge of $20.00 to change the ink colour.
Second location printing, $0.15 cents is charged for each imprint with a minimum of 1,000 pieces.
Please keep in mind that we are very flexible and want to do our best for our customers, and we do not charge extra for many services. Just another way our customers save.

We try our best to make ordering as simple as possible, and we don't expect our customers to understand the many terms and jargon of the printing industry.
Customers who require only text to be imprinted, ordering is simple. Complete the order fields and submit it to us. Let us know other details and fonts that you prefer. Customers may also want to send us a copy of their letter head or business card as we will try to match the same design.
Artwork.
Artwork for printing should be provided to us in EPS or AI ( (Illustrator format). You may not have this on your company's computer, but the print company who does your office stationery does. Simply ask them to forward your company's logo to us and we'll take care of it from there.. Once we have it, we will make a virtual proof for you and send it you by email. Our virtual proofs sent by email will illustrate exactly how your printed message will appear on your select pen.
Your Message.
Let your customers know who you are and what you do, and how to contact you. If you have a website, let people know your website as it will help to draw more visitors to your site leading to more awareness of your products and services. Make use of the whole pen surface by having the reverse side printed. A small fee goes a long way getting your message out to potential customers..
Redrawing.
If we have to redraw your logo or message, we charge an extra $30.00. There are no charges for simple resizing.
Confirmation of order.
After receiving a virtual proof, and no changes are required, please return the virtual proof by email, and this will be regarded as confirmation of the order.
Payment.
Orders must be paid in full before printing commences.
Return policy.
If the items are printed with the wrong spelling, which is different from the virtual proof, we will replace the items in full.
We test imprint adhesion during and after the printing process. We ask our customers to check the printing by gently rubbing the message with a finger nail when the pens arrive. If there is a problem with the adhesion, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the pens to arrange a full replacement. We cannot guarantee items printed with red colour as sometimes it can rub off but not too easily.
